All custom laser engraved yeti tumblers, bottles, mugs, bowls and Etch Me branded tumblers include free Australia wide shipping on every order!

Using the Australia Post network that covers all of Australia (including PO Boxes).

We endeavor to ship all items within 3 days of ordering (5-7 for large orders).

Express postage is available at the checkout; please note that this does not speed up the time to produce the personalized items.

Please note that CoVid is still playing havoc with shipping times at the moment.
Postage shipping times are outside of our control, but we endeavor to process your order as quickly as we can, so you can enjoy your personalised item.

Returns Policy

Any items that have been personalized cannot be refunded unless there is a quality concern.
Please contact us with 72hrs if there is any problem with your order.
Please don’t return any items without contacting us first.
