What does the engraving look like on your products?

All powder coated items are precision laser engraved. This process involves the removal of the powder coating to expose the stainless steel below. This leaves a permanent engraving that is as durable as the original finish of the product

What is the engraving Process?

We use high powered lasers to precisely remove the powder coating of your selected products, exposing the stainless steel beneath.
This process does not damage or affect the metalwork of your products.

How should I care for my personalised laser engraved items?

Your stainless steel cup and tumblers can be used as normal. The engraving is as durable as the original finish.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

We offer bulk pricing discounts for 10 pieces or more of the same design.

How long does it take to engrave my order?

Orders less than 20 pieces are usually shipped within 1-3 business days.
Order over 20 pieces are shipped in 5-7 business days.

Can I change my order?

Changes may be able to be made to an order before it is engraved.
Please notify us ASAP of any change to see if we can accommodate your request.

How much is shipping?

All products are shipped for free via the Auspost network which covers all of Australia, including PO Boxes. Express post is an option for smaller order for a fee; this can be selected at the checkout.
Please note this does not speed up the process of engraving your products.

For large orders we may use a courier depending on the size of the order.

Do you offer local pickup?

Unfortunately we do not offer local pickup at this stage.

We do offer free local delivery (Launceston Area) for orders over 10 pieces.

What is the difference between Yeti and etch me branded tumblers?

Yeti® is a USA brand and holds a very loyal following; as such you pay more for Yeti® branded items.
Etch Me® branded items are made in factories very similar to Yeti® to very similar specifications, but because they are not a worldwide brand name, they do not command a higher price.
Etch Me® branded tumblers have all the same features as the Yeti® branded items but at a better price point.

Why are Yeti® products more expensive?

As we are not a Yeti® authorised dealer, we have to purchase their products at retail prices, engrave them to your specifications and ship them. As such it costs more to produce a customised product for you.

Can you custom laser engrave items supplied to you?

We can engrave, new (unused) items for you, please contact us for more information. Minimum amount is 12 items.

What can be engraved?

For best results we need images, logos, or emblems that can be converted to a 2-tone image.

Please use the product customiser to add your select 2-tone images and text.

Can you engrave 2 sides of your products?

Yes, we can engrave both sides of your products for a small extra fee.

You can personalize the back side of your product in the product customiser.

What cannot be engraved – our engraving guidelines?

Please feel free to create a custom design unique for yourself, family or friends but please keep in mind that:

We cannot engrave any copyrighted logos or brands unless you have permission or affiliation with the brand.

We will not engrave any racist, homophobic, hateful, hurtful phases or imagery.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that breach our engraving guidelines.

Please Note - By custom engraving the surface any Yeti® product, it voids the 5 year material and workmanship warranty.
